Do you employ your tutors? / How are they contracted to you?
Our policy is to act as intermediary rather than introducer. The practice of most agencies is to act as a 'finder' for which they charge a one-off fee. We follow a different path – we sign a contract with the client to provide tutoring services, and a corresponding contract with the tutor to supply those services. This means that the tutor is our responsibility, which is another reason why we take so much trouble over the recruitment.
What is procedure of payment, its mode and do you have a facility of paying fees by instalment ?
You can pay either by cash or cheque or neft or online wallet facility. We also have installment facility only if total fees are more than Rs.60,000/-. Otherwise you have to do full payment at the time of admission. In the case of installment facility, you must pay 50% at the time of admission and remaining after 2 months (only if its academic years course or else as per the days left for exam) OR you can pay after completion of 30% portion.
